1. Data Collection & Usage

Prism Ulto does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. All your data stays exactly where it belongs: on your own device.

• Local Storage: Your daily focus, quick notes, search provider preferences, and study timer state are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local.
• No Tracking: We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts to monitor your behavior.

2. Google Integration (OAuth)

Prism Ulto offers optional integration with Google services (Calendar and Tasks) to enhance your productivity.

• Authentication: When you "Connect Google," the extension requests an OAuth token via Google's official identity API.
• Data Access: The extension uses this token to fetch your upcoming calendar events and task lists.
• Processing: This data is fetched directly from Google's APIs and rendered in your browser. It is never sent to the developer or any third party.
• Storage: Access tokens are handled securely by the Chrome browser and are not stored in our own databases.

3. Search Functionality

When you use the search bar, your query is sent directly to the search provider you have selected (Google, Bing, or DuckDuckGo). Prism Ulto does not see, log, or store your search queries.

4. Third-Party Services

Prism Ulto may display favicons for your quick links using Google's favicon service (s2/favicons). This is a standard practice and involves sending only the domain name of the link to fetch the icon.
